I'm Rhi
I have been doing hair for 10+ years now and am so thankful for every client that finds my chair.
I have a passion for making people feel beautiful, inside and out. I found myself wanting to become a stylist after I experienced a car accident when I was 14. It resulted in me having my left foot amputated. During the months of trauma as I recovered from months of surgery and rehab, I found that the one thing that cheered me up was to have my hair done by a wonderful friend. Despite all the pain and depression, she made me feel beautiful. That’s when I learned I wanted to make others feel beautiful, too. So I decided that’s how I was going to make a living –making people aware of their own beauty by beautifying their hair.

The love and passion I have for this industry has always made me hungry for more. More for myself as a stylist and more for others. That’s when Rhi & Co. came along. I have dreamed of opening a space for stylist and clients to connect as a community through beauty. I wanted to create an environment that felt authentic and luxurious but with a warm cozy feeling like you are in the comfort of your own home with family and friends, and I think we have done just that.
When I am not creating the hair of your dreams (or a dream team) I am hanging out with the pool guy (aka my husband, Smiddy knows pools) and loving on my two sweet boys. I am passionate about what I do and am loyal to the people I love. I can't wait to meet you and have you in my second home.

Hello!! My name is Whitney and I have been a licensed stylist for 17 years now, specializing in blended, low maintenance looks. My passion is learning about my clients, while making them feel comfortable as we work together to create their own signature look! I revel in creating confidence in people through my work and strive to offer my utmost attention to detail while they are in my chair. Outside the salon, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband, Brian and our two beautiful daughters, Ainsley. and Annabelle. Most weekends I can be found at various cheer competitions or volleyball tournaments, sometimes both, rooting on my girls!

Hi! My name is Bailey. I have been a licensed esthetician for 9 years now and have specialized in brows since 2014. My passion for brows started with waxing and eventually expanded to permanent brow makeup. Outside of the shop, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, our son and our two fur babies!

If I’m not home I’m probably playing pickleball, practicing yoga or weightlifting! I’ve loved the beauty industry since childhood but found my niche in early adulthood! I’ve been doing hair since 2017, Specializing in lived in blondes and brunette’s. More often than not, my clients become like family to me. Hi I'm Heika. Although I was born in Los Angeles, I moved to Texas almost 13 years ago and consider myself a Texan. Since middle school I was cutting and coloring anyone's hair I could get my hands on. I am extremely passionate about my craft. There is nothing better than making someone feel beautiful and confident. My clients range from busy moms to CEO's so I love to give them gorgeous hair that requires minimum effort for them at home. I specialize in blondes, balayage and color. As a blonde myself I am very intentional and particular about my work. I can't wait to see you in my chair.

While in my chair it's my goal to make you feel welcome, relaxed and excited while achieving your desired look. From men's fades to beautiful balayage I look forward to doing it all. I truly am grateful for this career and continue ongoing education to stay up on the latest trends and techniques. Outside of the salon you can find me juggling home improvements, being a wife, and chasing around my three little girls.
